1. Authenticate emails
Configure SPF and DKIM for your sending sources. Messages must pass DMARC with the required alignment; publishing DNS records is not enough if real sending streams are not aligned.
Practical BIMI guide
Prepare your domain, logo and validation application before making your identity visible.

The BIMI Group requires an enforced policy: p=quarantine or p=reject at 100%, with consistent configuration for the organisational domain and its subdomains. p=none is not suitable for BIMI deployment.
The logo must meet the SVG Tiny P/S profile: square format and permitted vector elements, with no scripts, embedded images or incompatible external resources. An ordinary SVG is not necessarily compliant.
The CMC route relies in particular on verifiable prior use; the VMC route primarily on an eligible registered trademark. The authority also checks the organisation and domains.
The SVG and certificate must be available over HTTPS under applicable requirements. The BIMI TXT record links the domain to those resources. They must remain accessible throughout deployment.
Check DNS, files, the certificate chain, validity and actual emails. Mailbox providers may apply reputation and caching criteria; a successful technical test does not guarantee display everywhere.
